  • Eligibility

    Must be an active MMC member

  • Coverage

    Up to $50 reimbursement per therapy session, for a maximum of 4 sessions per year per member.

  • Eligible Providers

    Licensed therapists, counselors, or therapy platforms (Rula).

  • Proof Required

    Show receipt or invoice showing member’s name, therapist name, date, and amount paid

  • Payment Method

    MMC reimburses via Venmo Business, or PayPal within 7–10 business days after approval.

  • Budget Limit

    $25 available per month for each member with accepted insurance.

    ‍$50 available per month for each member who does not have accepted insurance.
