Monday Mental Club helps individuals, families, and organizations navigate mental health support, provider pathways, and community-centered wellness programs. MMC does not provide therapy or medical care; licensed partner providers determine clinical fit, availability, insurance, and treatment.

Tell us what kind of support you’re looking for. We help you explore appropriate options, including Rula Health for routine outpatient therapy and medication management, or Charlie Health for assessment when more structured virtual support may be appropriate. Provider costs and insurance apply separately.
Workplace & Community Wellness
Starting at $300
Customized 45–60-minute mental wellness workshops for businesses, colleges, organizations, athletic groups, and community partners. A three-session wellness series is $1,250, and ongoing wellness partnerships start at $750 per month.
MMC Assistance Program (MMCAP)
Community assistance: Application-based
Employer programs: Starting at $599/month
MMCAP helps eligible individuals reduce outpatient therapy copays and gives employers a private 90-day behavioral-health navigation and copay-benefit option. Eligible assistance may cover up to $50 per weekly outpatient therapy session, subject to funding and program requirements.
Employer pilot pricing: 1–5 employees, $269 per employee/month with a $599 monthly minimum; 6–10 employees, $249 per employee/month; 11–20 employees, $229 per employee/month. No setup fee.
